Welcome to our FAQ page! Below you’ll find answers to some common questions about caring for your t-shirts, delivery options, self-collection, and our return/exchange policy.

T-Shirt Care & Washing Instructions

1. How should I wash my t-shirt?

  • Turn the t-shirt inside out before washing.

  • Wash in cold water (30°C or below) to prevent shrinkage and preserve colours.

  • Use mild detergent, and avoid bleach or fabric softeners.

2. Can I use a washing machine?

Yes, machine washing is fine, but use the gentle cycle and cold water.

3. Can I tumble dry my t-shirt?

We recommend air drying your t-shirt to avoid shrinking or damaging the fabric. If you need to use a dryer, choose a low heat setting.

4. Should I iron my t-shirt?

If ironing is necessary, turn the t-shirt inside out and use a low heat setting. Avoid ironing directly over prints or designs.

5. How do I remove stains without damaging the fabric?

Spot-treat stains gently with mild soap and cold water. Avoid harsh chemicals that may fade the colours or damage the print.

Delivery

1. What delivery options do you offer?

• We offer Standard Shipping and Self-Collect options. Standard delivery takes up to 10 business days, and costs $8. All our t-shirts are printed on demand.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping. You may want to consider collecting your order yourself with our Self-Collect option.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

Self-Collection

1. Can I collect my order in-store?

Yes, we offer a self-collection option at our office. You can select this during checkout. 

2. How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

You will receive a notification via email once your order is ready for pick-up, which will be up to 10 business days after you place your order. All our t-shirts are printed on demand.

3. What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid ID for verification.

4. Where and what time slots can I come down to collect my order?

Our office address for self-collection is 190 Clemenceau Ave, #06-01 Singapore Shopping Centre, S(239924).

Collection time will be: Mon to Fri, 11am to 2pm
